We have homes with acreage awaiting your ideas to turn your dreams into a reality. You will also find newly built neighborhoods close to grocery shopping and freeway access. Neighborhood living

If you are looking for an older historical home, we have them! Take a stroll through the McLoughlin Neighborhood and you’ll see new conservation district street sign toppers. These important signs help showcase the historic nature of the neighborhood. The McLoughlin District is referred to as the “second level,” reflecting its topography and relationship to the downtown of Oregon City just below. After completion of the Oregon & California railroad in late 1869, more residents moved up the hill to the McLoughlin neighborhood. As a result, you’ll find homes built from the 1870s into the early 1900s, reflecting this early 20th-century aesthetic.

We have Oregon City lawn services and arborists to help you with your lawn or land if you need it. Our Neighborhood Associations provide an active and systematic process for citizen and public agency involvement in the land-use decision-making for Oregon City. When you attend the Neighborhood Association meetings, it’s a great way to find out what is happening in your area and stay up to date on current issues and development. Unsure which neighborhood association you belong to? Click here and scroll down. Enter your information and it will help you see which one you belong to!
