Chef Varanya Geyoonsawat spent over seven years as Chef de Cuisine at Kann alongside Gregory Gourdet before opening her own 100% gluten-free cart at OC Beer Co. HQ. Signature fried chicken (wings, tenders, or "pops") comes with a choice of sauce like Thai jaew aïoli or cheese lava, alongside dishes like the Crying Tiger flat iron steak and Alaska cod fish and chips. Closed Mondays.
