OC Taco
OC Taco is a dinner-focused taqueria on Main Street built around serious sourcing — Carlton Farms pork, Painted Hills beef, and St. Helens flank steak all show up on the menu. Service is dinner-only Monday through Saturday; Sunday opens earlier, at 11:30am.
Ten tacos make up the core lineup, all on corn tortillas with onion and cilantro. Cochinita Pibil (achiote-seasoned slow-roasted pork) and Barbacoa (beef brisket braised in beer and chiles) draw the most repeat orders. For something further from the standard lineup, Suadero (pan-fried beef belly) and Lengua (roasted beef tongue) are both on the menu, and Pescado and Camarones a la Diabla cover seafood.
Beyond tacos, the Mole Negro Enmoladas is the kitchen’s most involved dish — corn tortillas in a dark mole built from more than 30 ingredients. A three-cheese Chile Relleno and Enchiladas Verde fill out the rest of the entrees, and a daily-limited Queso Dip tends to run out.
Happy hour is every day, 4 to 5pm. The bar leans into margarita variations, including a Pepino Margarita with chile-infused tequila and house-made cucumber syrup, alongside Mexican sodas and a small rotating wine list.
