Ginza Sushi & Asian Fusion
Ginza Sushi & Asian Fusion takes its name from Tokyo’s Ginza district. Owners Qing Tan and Guo Li built the menu around a deliberate pairing: Japanese sushi alongside Chinese dishes, rather than treating one as the main event and the other as filler.
The sushi is the reason most people walk in — fish arrives fresh, rice is seasoned with more care than the price point would suggest, and the kitchen avoids the shortcuts that separate an average sushi counter from a good one. The Chinese side of the menu gets the same attention rather than functioning as an afterthought, which is less common than it should be at a place doing both cuisines under one roof.
The dining room is calm, with a sushi bar that faces the kitchen if you want to watch the prep directly. Service leans attentive without being fussy. Reservations are recommended on weekends, when the room tends to fill.
